Cool Cucumber and Bean Vermicelli Sheet Roll
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 150 g Cucumber
- 100 g Bean vermicelli sheets [cut into pieces]
- 10 g Chilli [Red, shredded]
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard

How to make it

Peel the cucumber and cut into short strips.

Cut the bean vermicelli sheets into pieces, blanch in boiling water, drain and cool.

Wrap cucumber and red chilli in bean vermicelli sheets. Roll and serve with the seasoning mix.
