How to make it

  1. Cook the rice with a little bit of oil (1 cup of rice = 0.9 cup of water).
  2. Prepare & chop the ingredients and set them aside.

  3. Boil the prawns and vegetables until they are partially cooked, then set them aside.

  4. Stir-fry the ham until it becomes crispy in texture.

  5. Stir-fry the rice and egg together until the rice grains are coated with the egg.
  6. Add the mixed Chilli sauce into the rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined.
