How to make it

  1. Marinate chicken with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
  2. Bake chicken at 180°C preheated oven for 30 mins, turning once. Brush chicken with honey and bake for another 2 mins.
  3. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into smaller pieces.
  4. Heat the baos according to the packet instructions.

  5. Split open a bao and layer with slices of chicken, cucumber, and spring onion. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce. Repeat with remaining baos.
