Cauliflower Pizza with Gluten Free Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, mix together the base ingredients, until thoroughly combined. Spread onto a lined pizza tray and bake for around 25 minutes, or until golden. Turn once during this time so it browns evenly.

  2. Turn the oven up to 220°C.

  3. Add any toppings you like! We’ve made this one into a chicken and mushroom pizza. Spread pesto onto pizza base as the bottom layer, then scatter chicken and mushroom. Finish by evenly spreading both cheeses.

  4. Bake at 220°C for approx. 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden. Turn once during this time so it browns evenly.

  5. Garnish with tomato and rocket for extra freshness!
