How to make it

  1. Marinating sliced beef with marinade for 4 minutes. Trimmed and rinsed enoki mushrooms.
  2. Rolled up enoki mushrooms in the sliced beef.
  3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 1 tbsp oil in a fry pan over medium heat until cooked.
  4. As a marinate, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce soften the texture of beef without the need of any additional starch.
