How to make it

Marinate the seafood with marinade for 10 minutes.
Hard bean curd hollowed out. Pan-fry until golden. Set aside.
Pan-fry the seafood in 2 Tbsp oil over high heat until done. Put onto the bean curd.
Tips: Defrost the frozen seafood completely before marinate for the best flavour.
