How to make it

  1. In a large bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, ginger, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, vegetable oil , honey and pepper. Mix well and add chicken pieces, coating well. Cover and set aside in the fridge for at least an hour up to overnight.

  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with aluminium foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack, leaving some space between each piece.

  3. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for about 25 - 30 minutes, until they are cooked through and the skin is sticky and golden. 

  4. Once the chicken wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions and wedges of lemon.
