How to make it

Heat a little oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir-fry chicken and diced potato with Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add the green beans, baby corns and cook for 5 minutes.

Combine fish sauce, lime juice andchilli. Stir through.

Serve with rice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
