How to make it

  1. Cut the top of each capsicum and deseed.
  2. Put tuna, Parma ham, corn kernels, kidney beans and pistachios into a bowl. Mix in Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce until well combined.
  3. Stuff capsicums with tuna filling. Serve.
