How to make it

Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade. Divide into 12 portions.
Spread prawn meat onto each piece of bean curd. Pan-fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and prawn meat is done.
Pour in sauce mix and heat through. Stir well lightly.
