How to make it

Heat a little oil in a panor wok,and stir-fry tofu and eggplant, then add beans, onion and garlic.

When tofu is golden, stir through LeeKumKeeVegetarian Stir-Frysauce.

Serve garnished with coriander and red chilli plus rice.
