How to make it

  1. Cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water according to packet instructions or until soft. Drain.
  2. Heat up oil in a pan and stir-fry shrimps and squid until cooked. Add capsicums and carrots, toss for 1 min.
  3. Add cooked rice vermicelli and seasoning mix ingredients. Stir well and heat through. Serve.
