Stir Fried Beef With Pine Nuts And Oyster Sauce
What You Will Need

- 300g Beef fillet / tenderloin (diced)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 120 g Asparagus (thinly sliced)
- ½ pc Capsicum (cut into pieces)
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 25 g Pine nuts (toasted)

How to make it
Heat up oil in a pan and stir-fry beef fillet until cooked. Toss in asparagus and capsicums. Stir-fry for 1 min.
Mix in oyster sauce and heat through. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Dish out and serve.
