How to make it

Mix chicken wings with marinade.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in casserole. Sauté minced garlic, Chinese mushrooms and green onions. Add chicken wings and stir-fry until done.
Sprinkle with wine. Add chestnuts and sauce mix. Simmer with lid on until sauce thickens.
Serve with lettuce.
