How to make it

  1. Put fish on sectioned green onions. Steam for 7 minutes or until done. Drain off excess liquid.
  2. Place shredded green onion and ginger on top of the fish. Pour over hot oil and Premium Soy Sauce.Remarks: Bass or pomfret can be used.
