How to make it

  1. Bring the seasoning mix to boil. Drop in the chicken, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Take out the chicken and put on roasting pan. Brush with the glazing evenly.
  3. Put in pre-heated 160°C degree oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden and cooked. Brush occasionally with the glazing.
