How to make it

Mix pork with marinade.
Stir-fry pork fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done.  Add fresh bean curd sticks, fresh shitake mushrooms and toss for 1 minute.  Stir  in sauce mix and cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
