How to make it

Mix minced pork with marinade. Combine pork, green onion and coriander together to form the filling. Mix corn starch with water, add to the eggs with seasoning mix, beat well.
Heat little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp. of egg mixture in. Place some pork filling just off centre on the egg sheet.
Fold egg sheet in half when it is not fully cooked. Seal pork filling in egg by slightly pressing the edges together. Pan fry both sides until golden and cooked over low heat. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Serve with more XO Sauce if desired.
