How to make it

 Heat a little oil in a pan orwok,  and sear the pork, set aside.
 Use the same pan, add ginger, garlic and vegetables, stir fry till tender. 
 Return pork to pan and add LeeKum KeeOyster Stir- Fry Sauce and toss through till heated. 
 Garnish with spring onion and serve with rice.
