How to make it

  1. Marinate prawn meat.; Stir in hard-boiled eggs and water chestnuts.
  2. Heat oil. Put prawns mixture in wok tbsp by tbsp Fry one side slightly. Turn and flatten prawn mixture to form cakes. Pan-fry both sides until golden yellow and done.
  3. Serve with dipping sauce.
