  • 450g Black cod (or any fish steaks)
  • Corn starch (for dusting)
  • 3½ tbsp Oil
  • 50g Button mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ pc Capsicum (sliced)

Sauce Mix

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tsp Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • 125ml Water
  • Pepper (to taste)

How to make it

  1. Dust fish steaks with corn starch.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and pan fry fish steaks until golden brown and cooked. Drain and place on a serving plate.
  3. Stir-fry button mushrooms and capsicums in ½ tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks.
