How to make it

Dust fish steaks with corn starch.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and pan fry fish steaks until golden brown and cooked. Drain and place on a serving plate.
Stir-fry button mushrooms and capsicums in ½ tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks.
