How to make it

  1. Blanch oysters in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a clay pot or casserole. Stir-fry ginger and spring onions until fragrant. Add oysters and continue to stir-fry well.
  3. Pour in sauce mix ingredients and cook until heated through. Dish out and serve hot.
