How to make it

  1. Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for 2 hours.
  2. Bake pork at 180°C preheated oven for 30 mins, turning once. Brush pork with honey and bake for another 2 mins.
  3. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into smaller pieces. Serve with rice or noodles.
