300 g Chicken meat (cut into pieces)
120 g Celery (cut into pieces)
120 g Carrot (s) (cut into pieces)
1 pc Onion(s) (cut into pieces)
Marinade
1 tbsp Dry Sherry
1 tsp Corn starch
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Sauce Mix
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
250 ml Water

How to make it
Mix chicken with marinade.
Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil.Add vegetables and sauce mix. Cook on low heat for about 25 minutes until sauce thickens.
