How to make it
Season your steak with salt and pepper.
In a hot pan, fry steak in a drizzle of sesame oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest.
Heat ready sauce in the same pan until bubbling. Set aside.
In a beautiful serving platter, mix all of the salad ingredients together.
Top with sliced medium rare steak, ready sauce, extra fresh herbs and lime wedges.
