How to make it

  1. Mash the mackerel fillet, blending with a little salt and water in a mixing bowl until it turns sticky. Add in green beans and seasoning mix. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Divide mixture into 8-10 balls and flatten to form patties.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp. oil in a skillet. Pan fry the patties over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
