How to make it

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry beef until almost cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat another 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry carrots, celery, black peppercorns and lemongrass until fragrant. Toss in beef and add in all seasoning mix ingredients. Stir well until heated through. Serve.
