How to make it

Soak wood-ear mushrooms until soft. Blanch bean curd, spinach, and mushrooms in boiling water separately, one after the other. Take out each and rinse in cold water. Drain and finely dice.
Chill all ingredients.
To serve, combine with Seasoning Mix, toss well, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
