How to make it

  1. In a pot, add water, seasoning mix and tofu. Bring to a boil. Then, add seafood mix and allow to cook for 1 min.
  2. Add starch-water mixture to soup and stir till thickened. Turn heat to low and slowly stir in beaten egg into soup and mix well. Serve.
