12 pcs Cherry tomato (es)
12 pcs Shallots
Marinade
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Chopped oregano
White Pepper Powder [to taste]

How to make it
Mix duck breast and scallops with marinade.
Alternate all ingredients on metal skewers.
Pan-fry skewers in 2 tbsp oil over low heat or grill until golden yellow and done. Makes 12 skewers.
