Preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine mince, shallots, water chestnuts, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and mint, mix well and allow to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Mix the sauce ingredients together by whisking Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and water together until it’s well combined, then set aside for serving.
Roll mince mix into your favourite pop size balls and set onto a plate. Place flour onto a separate plate and roll each ball through the flour.
Heat oil in a medium to high heat pan and cook pork pops for around four minutes, or until browned on all sides. Once done, transfer to a lined baking tray, cover and cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
Allow to cool a little, then pierce each one with a toothpick. Dip and enjoy!
