How to make it

Cook noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Heat wok or fry pan, brown the beef mince with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil until meat is no longer pink and is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

Add the spring onion and Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Mongolian Lamb to the beef and mix through until well combined.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss through the beef mixture until noodles are evenly coated. Divide into serving bowls and enjoy.
