Preheat oven to 500 °F degrees with the rack in the center of the oven.
In a medium bowl, toss chicken with 3 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce and 6 sliced green onions.
On a sheet tray place the premade crust. Spoon 1/4 cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce on the crust leaving a border. Top with the chicken mixture and then add on the shredded mozzarella.
Bake the pizza on the center rack for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining green onions, and cilantro and slice before serving.
