How to make it

Mix duck meat with marinade.
Dust duck meat with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
Stir-fry capsicum in 1 tbsp. oil. Add pineapple, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fried duck.
