Brewed from Non-GM soybeans and quality wheat over 6 months, Lee Kum Kee Premium Seasoned Soy Sauce only uses first extract fermented soy sauce. It has no added preservatives, no added colouring, no sweetener and no flavouring, and provides a reddish brown colour with strong soybean umami flavour to the dish.
