Honey Soy Sticky Chicken

Chicken drumsticks with skin on 8 pcs
Ready Sauce for Honey & Soy Stir-Fry Chicken 120 g
Dark brown sugar ½ cup
Hoisin Sauce ½ cup
Barbecue sauce ¼ cup
Chinese Five Spice 1 tsp
Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves
Ginger (grated) 1 Tbsp.
Salt ½ tsp

1.   Combine all the ingredients together and place onto a baking paper lined oven tray. Roast as 180°C for 45 minutes basting often.
2.   Remove the chicken from the oven and strain the sauce into a saucepan. Boil until reduced and slightly thick, Pour back over the chicken and roast for a further 15 minutes.
3.   Present on steamed rice.
