Minced Beef 400 g
Oatmeal 3 tbsp
Small Egg 1 piece
Water 3 tbsp

Seasoning Mix

Cantonese Soy and Garlic 3 tbsp

1.   Mix 400g minced beef, 3 Tbsp oatmeal, 1 egg & 1 Tbsp LKK Cantonese Soy & Garlic Sauce.
2.   Stir to combine, form 20 meatballs.
3.   Fry in oil until cooked. Set aside.
4.   Add 2 Tbsp Soy & Garlic Sauce, 3 Tbsp water & return to pan. Heat through.
