Stir-fried Mussel and Tomato

Mussel (s) 300 g [meat, preferably blue mussel]
Tomato(es) 200 g [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 50 g [green, diced]
Sauce for Oriental Pork Chop 80 g [1 pack]

  1. Blanch mussel meat in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Stir-fry mussel meat in 1 tbsp oil.  Add tomato, bell pepper and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Oriental Pork Chop.  Stir well until heated through.
