Ingredients

Bread 4 slices
Leek 120 g [sliced slantwise]
Shallots 25 g [chopped]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [sliced]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 25 g [sliced]
Siu Chun mushroom(s) 25 g [sliced]
Butter 14 g
Brandy 1 tbsp
Cream 100 ml
Parsley 1 tbsp [chopped]
Thyme 1 tbspchopped


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Black Bean Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp


Directions
  1. Melt the butter to saute the leek and shallots, add mushrooms and sizzle wine.
  2. Stir in seasoning mix.  Pour gradually the cream.  Mix well with parsley and thyme.
  3. Toast the bread and serve with the mushrooms.
