Chicken Kebab with Honey and Chili Garlic Sauce

Chicken meat 350 g [cut into pieces]
Courgette 120 g [or Zucchini, cut into pieces]
Canned peach 120 g [drained and cut into pieces]
Cherry tomato (es) 10 pcs


Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Honey 3 tbsp
Dry Sherry 2 tbsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on bamboo skewers.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil.  Pan-fry or barbecue chicken kebabs over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done.  Brush with remaining marinade from time to time.
