Prawns and Egg Noodles in Fish Soup

Egg noodles 170 g [3 pcs]
Prawns 250 g [meat, deveined]
Iceberg lettuce 250 g [picked into pieces]
Hot water 1 1/4 L
Soup Base for Fish & Cilantro Hot Pot 50 g [1 pack]

  1. Bring water and Lee Kum Kee Soup Base For Fish & Cilantro Hot Pot to the boil. Add prawns and lettuce. Cook for about 3 minutes until done. Take out and keep warm.  
  2. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.  Put noodles and soup on 3 serving bowls. Arrange prawns and lettuce on top.
