Char Siu and Ramen in Pork Bone Soup

Kid's Favorite

Ramen 400 g [2 packets]
Roasted barbecue pork/Char Siu 120 g [sliced]
Cabbage 120 g [sliced]
Canned whole kernel corn 50 g
Hot water 1 L
Soup Base for Black Pepper & Pork Bone Hot Pot 50 g [1 pack]

  1. Bring water and Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Pork Bone Hot Pot to the boil.  Add char siu, cabbage and whole kernel corn.  Cook for about 3 minutes until done. Take out and keep warm.
  2. Add ramen and heat through.  Put ramen and soup on 2 serving bowls.  Arrange char siu, cabbage and corn on top.
