Beef fillet/tenderloin 250 g [12 thin slices]
Baguette 12 slices [toasted]
Tomato(es) slices [for serving]
Iceberg lettuce leaves [for serving]


Dried oregano leaves 1 tsp

  1. Mix beef with marinade.
  2. Pan-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil on low heat until done.  Arrange beef, tomato and lettuce on toasted baguette and serve.
