Stir-fried Asparagus with XO Sauce

Ingredients

Asparagus 250 g [cut into slant sections]


Marinade

Seafood XO Sauce 3 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt to taste


Directions
  1. Blanch asparagus in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil.  Add asparagus and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.


    Note:  Asparagus can be replaced by other seasonal vegetables such as Chinese Kale, choi sum, cauliflower and broccoli etc..
