Stir-fried Abalone and Chicken with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Abalone 50 g [canned, shredded]
Lobster 50 g [meat, shredded]
Chicken meat 50 g [shredded]
Yellow chives 25 g [sectioned]
Bell pepper (s) 25 g [Red, shredded]
Ginger (s) 4 small slices
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Premium Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp
Water 75 ml
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp


Directions
  1. Saute ginger and green onion in 1 tbsp oil.  Add lobster, chicken and stir-fry until done.
  2. Add abalone, red bell pepper, sauce mix and heat through.  Stir in yellow chive.
