Stir-fried Noodles with Shredded Pork - Hot Style

Egg noodles 120 g [2 pcs]
Pork 150 g [shredded]
Bean sprouts 150 g
Yellow chives 50 g [sectioned]
Minced Garlic 1 tsp


Chiu Chow Chili Oil 1/2 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Chiu Chow Chili Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

  1. Marinate pork for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add bean sprouts, pork and stir-fry until done.
  4. Add noodles, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in yellow chives.
