Stewed Chicken with Kimchi and Chili Bean Sauce

Chicken 750 g [1pc, chopped into pieces]
Kimchi 200 g [rinsed and drained]
Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Cabbage 50 g [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 50 g [cut into pieces]
Freshly Minced Ginger 1 tbsp
Leek 50 g [cut into pieces]


Chili Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
Corn starch 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 125 ml

  1. Saute minced ginger and garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add kimchi, leek, cabbage, carrot and sauce mix. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
