Ingredients

Fresh fish 450 g [1 pc, dried, or pomfret]
Green onion(s) [diced for garnish]
Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 50 ml


Directions
  1. Put Guilin Chili Sauce on fish and steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until done.
  2. Drain off excess liquid.  Pour on Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood. Sprinkle with diced green onion and serve hot.
