Steamed Chicken Balls with Sweet Corn and Carrot

Kid's Favorite

Minced chicken 200 g
Canned whole kernel corn 50 g [drained]
Carrot (s) 50 g [cut into small dices]
Chinese mushroom(s) 2 pcs [soaked, drained, finely diced]


Chicken Bouillon Powder 1 tsp
Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Water / Beaten Egg White 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper [optional] 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix minced chicken and mushrooms with marinade and divide into 16 portions.
  2. Shape minced chicken into balls and coat with sweet corn and diced carrot.  Put chicken balls on a greased plate and steam for 10 minutes until done.
