Sauteed Clam with Spicy Oyster Sauce

Green onion(s) 2 pcs [cut into small sections]
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into small sections]
Garlic 1 tbsp [minced]
Ginger (s) 1 tbsp [minced]
Black beans 1 tbsp
Clam (s) 600 g [with shells, drained]
Taiwan basil 1 sprig


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp

  1. Mix well green onions, red chili, minced garlic and ginger.
  2. Saute black beans in oil until fragrant. Add red chili mixture and stir well. Stir in clams, cover and cook for 1 minute on medium heat. 
  3. Remove the lid and add seasoning mix. Stir-fry on high heat until all clams are open.  Stir in basil and turn off heat.
